BrenCor Digital Enterprises Inc. operates multiple technology services, including HostMoose (web hosting and website management) and MooseMailer (email deliverability and messaging tools). These services are part of a single platform operated by BrenCor.

Personal information, domain information, and technical data may be processed across these services where necessary to provide, secure, support, or improve the services you have purchased or accessed. Data is not shared between services for unrelated purposes.

MooseMailer ("we," "us," "our") is operated by BrenCor Digital Enterprises Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our email deliverability monitoring, domain authentication, and messaging readiness tools ("the Service").

By accessing or using MooseMailer, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

  • Password (hashed & encrypted)
  • Billing details (processed by Stripe)
  • Business information

1.2 Domain, DNS, and Service Diagnostics

  • Domain names you control or verify
  • DNS records related to email delivery (such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
  • Email sending configuration metadata
  • Technical diagnostics related to email reputation and deliverability

1.3 Usage & Technical Data

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device information
  • Login timestamps
  • Platform activity metrics

2. Current Scope of MooseMailer

At this time, MooseMailer primarily provides email deliverability monitoring, domain authentication checks, and technical diagnostics. MooseMailer does not currently store email message content or subscriber lists unless explicitly enabled as part of a future email-sending service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use data solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Deliver email deliverability monitoring and domain authentication results
  • Diagnose issues, improve deliverability guidance, and ensure platform stability
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and investigate incidents

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We share data only with:

4.1 Infrastructure and Service Providers

We use hosting, monitoring, analytics, and support vendors to operate MooseMailer. These providers may process limited personal information and technical diagnostics to run and secure the Service.

This data sharing is required for the Service to function.

4.2 Payment Processor (Stripe)

All payments and checkout transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. MooseMailer does not collect, process, or store any credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details on our servers.

When you complete a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance (the highest level of payment security certification) for secure payment processing.

Stripe processes all:

  • Payments and checkout transactions
  • Subscriptions and recurring billing
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Refunds and disputes

We only receive limited payment information from Stripe necessary for billing purposes, such as:

  • The last 4 digits of your payment card
  • Card expiration date
  • Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Billing address
  • Payment status and transaction IDs

Your full credit card number, CVV, and other sensitive financial data remain solely with Stripe and are never accessible to MooseMailer.

4.3 Legal or Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose information if required by:

  • Regulatory authority
  • Abuse, fraud, or security investigations

  • Encryption at rest and in transit
